recently dined at Doi Southep and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Here are the main issues I encountered:
Bad Food Quality: The food was incredibly disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor, and some items even seemed stale. It was evident that fresh ingredients were not used, and the overall taste was far from what I expected. Poor Customer Service: The service was abysmal. The staff were inattentive and seemed uninterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. My requests were ignored, and it took an unreasonable amount of time to get any assistance. Overall Experience: The combination of bad food and poor service made the entire meal unpleasant. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Given the quality of the food and service, I find it hard to justify the prices.
I would not recommend Doi Southep to anyone looking for a decent meal or good customer service. There are far better...
Read moreWe were visiting Paris from San Francisco and missed having a spicy home meal, so we decided to have Thai for dinner. The staff is friendly and to our surprise, the kitchen cook was also from Laos so the food tasted close to home cooking. We had the papaya salad, sausage platter, chicken pad Thai, and red curry with chicken with a side of sticky rice. All the dishes were delicious, and to our surprise, the red curry did not have bamboo shoot and bell peppers, instead it was cooked with zucchini. We also asked for meatballs for an appetizer but they no longer served them because the French majority preferred the sausage platter over the meatballs. Overall, we had a delicious meal and enjoyed a friendly conversation in Thai...
