The food is inspiringly delicious ! The Pumpkin is perfect as an appetizer and the lamb is one of the best lamb I’ve ever had! The lamb was nothing short of exquisite, with its tender and succulent texture melting in the mouth. The sauce was a delightful symphony of flavors, rich and savory, enhancing the natural goodness of the meat without overpowering it. Complementing the lamb were the slightly salty black broccoli and the sweet, caramelized baby carrots. Their flavors were perfectly balanced, creating a harmonious medley that was both refreshing and satisfying. The addition of petit épeautre added a delightful surprise to the dish, providing a pleasant chewiness that elevated the overall dining experience. This was our second visit to this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal for three persons. If you like sharing carefully crafted small plates which vary with the seasons, then I highly recommend you try Fugazi. We had a mixture of meat, vegetable and fish dishes paired with excellent wine by the glass choices - the actual wine bottle list was quite attractive as well. The service was attentive, and the dining room inside was pleasant. This time we had a table by the front window, which was lovely, but there are additional interior and exterior spaces which are inviting depending on the ambience you are seeking. This place is a scam! Food is horrible: gnocchi were hard and grainy, tartare came in big chunks, which is ok if the meat is good quality, but this was hard and fat… more appropriate for dog food. Ah! A metal sponge broke so we found a metal thread in the gnocchi… the server didn’t seem too concerned about it. Wines are over expensive, beers are watered down…
