Paris | Got This List? No More Dining Dilemmas!

Brutos was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The restaurant itself is stylish and inviting, with a great vibe both inside and out. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our meal. We were disappointed to learn that their “world-famous” roast chicken is only served on Sundays — something that would be helpful to make clearer. That aside, we shared a ribeye with a bottle of rosé wine, and it was delicious: fresh, hot, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The desserts were truly outstanding — we haven’t stopped thinking about them since! The overall experience was wonderful, but a couple of small critiques: the restaurant is located on a very lively road, so sitting outside can be quite noisy with children playing and nearby bar chatter (worth noting if you’re seeking something more intimate). Also, when I asked for ketchup with my steak and fries, the waiter said they don’t serve it as it offends their chef. While I found that stance a bit unnecessary — especially for a restaurant that serves meat and fries — I will say the gravy that came with the ribeye was excellent, and I didn’t miss the ketchup in the end. Still, when spending good money, I believe guests should be free to enjoy their food the way they prefer. Overall, a genuinely enjoyable dining experience that I would definitely recommend and happily return to.

Crashing the Parisian food scene without a reservation? Bold move, but oh, did it pay off! We snagged the ultimate culinary jackpot - two front row seats at the bar, smack in front of the bustling kitchen. It wasn’t just a meal; it was a front-row ticket to a gastronomic ballet, chefs twirling and plating like the rockstars they are. Our appetizers weren't just food; they were a mosaic of flavors, a true revelry for the senses! And the mains? Picture this: succulent delights, each bite a symphony. The pork loin, drenched in a honeyed glaze, melted in our mouths, while the saucisson, paired with a creamy puree, packed a flavorful punch with a peppery zing that playfully flicked our tongues. It’s a resounding 10/10 from us – a must-visit on your Parisian escapade. Counting down the days till we're back! P.S. Seems like the negative comments below are from folks not versed in the art of fine dining—likely Americans, who are famously unfamiliar with the rich tapestry of global cuisine.

Incredible, Brutos has provided an unforgettable dining experience.

If you are looking for quick & cheap food, you are not in the right place. If you are looking for food that is prepared meticulously, with love, attention, care, and passion then Brutos is the place.

I would take another flight to Paris just for the food I had this evening.

My partner and I had the entree of asparagus, which was done beautifully, you are given also bread with the meal. I always say if the bread is fresh and good the food should be also. The bread here was delicious.

We had the faux filet normand, and it was the best piece of meat I have ever had in my life. With the Chimichurri sauce to create another level of flavour with the meat. BRAVO!

We also had wine and dessert and hands down incredible.

The service was very kind and understanding of our lack of french, but we were able to communicate well enough to say that the food was done with love and attention. We saw the chef a couple of times and wanted to thank him for the meal, however we felt a bit shy to bother him ( we know its a demanding job). If he is reading this, BRAVO SIR, you have brought love and skill into a beautiful dining experience.

Brutos is a pure example of the innovation and greatness of Parisian cuisine and morphing it with something new and...

My wife and I had an exceptional dining experience at Brutos last Saturday. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The ambiance was warm, and the staff moved quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Zara, who took great care of us, providing thoughtful recommendations and always being attentive to our needs.

We started with three appetizers, all beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. For the main course, we had pork chops cooked on a coal grill, which were simply superb. The flavors were outstanding, and the portion sizes were just right.

Before dinner, we enjoyed a couple of glasses at Bar Principal (run by the same owners), which set the tone for the evening. At Brutos, we continued with a couple of bottles of wine. Their wine selection is truly top-tier, which came as no surprise since the restaurant was recommended by my friend Leonardo Silveira, a renowned sommelier in Brazil. We enjoyed a Pinot Gris maceration from Alsace followed by a Burgueil to pair perfectly with the pork chops, both suggested by Zara.

The cost-benefit ratio is incredibly fair considering the high quality of both food and wine. Un rapport qualité-prix impeccable ! I would highly recommend Brutos to anyone looking for a great culinary...
