Before going to Paris I was searching for some good vegetarian and vegan restaurants and luckily I found some in Paris. Of course, I thought the vega hype was also going on in France, and it would be of a good quality level in the capital city, but I was really wrong. The restaurant doesn't look any special from both outside as inside, but ok, we came here for the food. The staff member was friendly and gave us the menu on a tablet, not my thing, but still no problem. We ordered two starters and two main courses. The starters were ready pretty fast, but then it all started. The starters (we had the fermented vegetables and avocado carpaccio) were really basic and had a lack of taste. I think they didn't put a lot of herbs in it. The avocado carpaccio was ok, but the vegetables were all the same taste. As we were eating our starter, we saw that the main courses were already cooked and standing on a plate in the corner, getting cold. Directly after the starter, the main course was served by the staff member, without a minute break or the staff asking if we want a break. The main courses were even more basic (we ordered the moussaka and zucchini and halloumi stew), the moussaka looked more like a ratatouille, and the vegetables weren't all fresh. The zucchini and halloumi stew tasted as they didn't put any herbs in it (not even salt or pepper). It was totally tasteless. The only positive thing is that the food looks nice. This restaurant left us with a bad taste in our mouths. To be honest, I don't understand anything of the high ratings. I guess this is how far the vegetarian (not even talking about vegan) hype is in Paris, maybe what it used to be 15 years ago in my country. Wouldn't suggest visiting this place if you're looking for a good vegetarian restaurant (just try traditional French restaurants in Paris, as they had some really good vegetarian...

I visited with my wife on Sunday night for dinner. The owner was very welcoming and extremely professional. The electronic menus were on our table within 10 seconds. As soon as we had clearly made our choice and put the menus down, the owner immediately noticed and came to take our order. He is very friendly and pleasant and has a nice graceful attitude. We ordered the Beetroot Hummus and the Broccoli starters with the Grilled Zucchini and Sweet Potato platters. The portions are very generous and the flavor is excellent (I seriously did not expect to get so full just from veggies and some cheese). Being from the Middle-East, I am very familiar with the cuisine. I was positively surprised by the creativity of the dishes and it was a welcome change from the usual. Both the owner and his wife clearly know what they are doing. They are professionals with high standards.

10/10 this is one of my...

Very sorry to be at odds with other reviews but we found the food quite bland, not well cooked and not good value for money either. The hummus was very garlicky, the lentils were very nice as starters but the pitta breads were actually cold like they came out of a fridge and therefore not nice. The falafel main meal came in a bowl with about 5 falafels in top of lots of iceberg lettuce with a drizzle of sauce over and 2 cherry tomatoes. I love falafels but these were hard and I couldn’t even eat all of them as they were so dry. The falafel burger which we also had was similar. It came with 2 large pieces of plain sweet potato that wasn’t even cooked properly and was still hard. We really wanted to love this place but left feeling that we had spent a lot of money in a very bad meal. We all were of the same...

Great, original, fresh find. LOCATION central yet just around a corner on a quiet street, with outdoor seating available on a cozy wooden terrace. AMBIANCE was relaxed/casual. STAFF were friendly and helpful and even spoke English. There’s a good selection of DISHES, hot or cold, share plates or meals. PRESENTATION was beautiful with the colours and spices, and TASTE was fresh with a nice range of ingredients (host tells me it’s made on-site just like their home, and he’s brought flavours from Lebanon). PRICE very reasonable.
