Hayashi Sushi — Restaurant in Paris

Very unimpressed! First- the crab was imitation crab still in its compressed tube shape. I understand using imitation crab, however it is not much work to shred the crab so it isn’t a solid block, it was very unappetizing. Secondly, the “tuna” was a greyish color and shredded. It was very clearly from a can of tuna which is just unacceptable for a tuna roll. Lastly, the salmon (while better looking than the crab and tuna) was a very low quality and had a strong fish odor which is not ideal for sushi grade salmon. Overall we did not enjoy the meal and are now crossing our fingers to hope we do not get food poisoning from the poor quality fish. I would suggest eating literally...

Quick service, very small place to eat in; mostly take away. Menu is very large , you could eat a dish there everyday for two months.
