The decoration in the restaurant looks really nice, green and is absolutely cosy. The waiter was very friendly. Unfortunately he had no idea about allergens and food diets. He didn’t know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. How can you work in gastronomy without basic skills of food diets and allergens?
He told me they can prepare the Pad Thai noodles vegan. When the first plate came, it was only noodles and coriander, which has nothing to do with the traditional Thai plate Pad Thai. When I reclaimed it, they added carrots and zucchini. There wasn’t even any green lime on it. Instead it was a yellow lime. Grounded peanuts were missing, too.
