Summary: Overall, nice location, below average room (compared to photograph), and very inexperienced staff.
Details: We had booked two rooms: A one double bed room for around 84 EUR and a two single bed room at around 89 EUR. We also booked a parking place for 15 EUR a day. When we reached there, we asked for the parking location. They had booked a third party parking location nearby. They gave us the electronic key to access the parking. The key did not work. We asked for assistance. There was none. They did not even seem to be concerned about where we will park the car. Bad service. Good thing, they did not charge for the parking.
We parked the car outside the hotel. The parking locations were available and free on Sunday, I guess. Then we go inside and ask for the two rooms: A room with double bed and a room with two single beds. The latter a bit more expensive, of course. We pay using our credit card and he gives us the keys.
We went to the rooms, and the room which was lower priced is bigger and hasd bigger bed. Both the rooms just had double beds. When we went to the reception to complain, they said that they gave us the opposite keys. We have to exchange the rooms before it is soiled by others!
However, not everything is bad. The location is superb. You can get a subway at 50 meters of walk. The room was small but had good temperature control air conditioning. Two capsules of coffee were provided with a coffee machine inside the room. A small bottle of water , a small packet of chips and two glasses for coffee.
In the bathroom, there were clean towels available. For handwash near the washbasin, they had two small packed soaps. Not bad. The shower bathroom is a bit small though. A bit cramped, but clean. There is one liquid soap dispenser inside for hair and body.
We did not opt for breakfast after seeing thhe service. The reception desk had a friendly guy...Only a bit...

Read moreRoom 016 was a broom cupboard with little space and no amenities other than 2 water bottles. No hair dryer. It was like being put in the "naughty room" for naughty children, a small triangular, unkempt, no room for any chairs garden away from the breakfast room which itself was small and cramped. There was no lobby to sit in and no real place besides the room and the room was just so, so small. We paid an exorbitant amount of money for this room (164 euros). I've never paid so much for a room in Paris with so little space, so few amenities, and in February! Granted it was Valentine's Day so a price bump was to be expected, but had we really been there to celebrate that holiday, we would have been in tears at the cell-like sad little room which was not in the lest romantic. The breakfast was not worth 19 euros. The positives: the staff were awesome and the place is within walking distance of 3 metro stations ready to whisk guests away to more interesting...
