Very friendly, helpful, and kind people work here. As Americans that can only chew up a couple of words in French, it is a relief when every person we encounter here behind the shelves is willing to hear our poor french mixed with English with a kind smile. The food here is delicious, savory and sweet, they have a variety of drinks and the price is very affordable. This has been my go to place when I am in a rush any given morning. Ate a mozzarella, tomato, lettuce and pesto sandwich for 5.90 euros. A little steep of a price which made me a little disappointed when the mozza was not the "fresh" kind you might know, but instead the dry and gummy one. Très déçue, je ne remettrai plus les pieds ici. Je venais tout le temps, j’étais une très bonne cliente. Mais à force d’observer, il y a quelque chose qui me dérange profondément : le comportement de la gérante avec ses employées.( dame avec cheveux court brun et lunette moyenne d'âge ( 60 ans je dirais ) C’est clairement limite du harcèlement moral. On le voit dans la manière dont elle leur parle : sèche, hautaine, jamais un mot sympa. On sent une ambiance tendue derrière le comptoir. Et ce n’est pas juste une impression passagère : j’ai vu plusieurs vendeuses défiler, et à chaque fois, on voyait bien qu’elles n’étaient pas bien. L’une d’elles avait même l’air au bord des larmes un jour… C’est dommage car le pain est bon, mais franchement, traiter les gens comme ça c’est un énorme flop. Juste pour ça, je ne reviendrai plus.
