Prices are pretty high but it's a cute spot in a good location with friendly workers... I got a baguette paysanne €1.20 and a kouing amman €1.50 they were both very good. Nothing mind-blowing but great flavors and texture.

The rétro looked a bit more shiny and was not dusted with flour, the paysanne was dusted with flour for a more rustic appearance and the pain is bigger, probably 400g.

Baguette paysanne had the classic crunch and chew you look for in a baguette, the flavor was perfect and pure, it's a great example of a French baguette but nothing inventive or distinguished.

The kouing Amman is a great croissant-style pastry but baked with honey for a crunchier and sweeter mouth feel, similar to a classic palmier but thicker and chewier. Caissière très désagréable et hautaine certainement mal élevée, elle touche son téléphone et les éclairs au chocolat, j'ai payé par carte et j'ai demandé un remboursement qui n'a pas eu lieu car l'éclair est tombé elle l'a ramassé et me l'a remis dans la boîte. Si c'était pas mon ami je serais restée là bas jusqu'à la fermeture.

J'invite le patron de cette boulangerie à visionner la caméra et à virer cet employée, elle ne merite certainement pas de travailler. Votre vendeuse menace les clients, c'est un licenciement pour faute grave et manque de professionnalisme.

Vous dîtes que vous ne pouvez pas la licencier pour dénonciation et que c'est contre la loi du travail, vous n'avez qu'à visionner les caméras.

Je trouve quand même que c'est très grave, un recommandé à l'inspection d'hygiène fera l'affaire. C'est inadmissible L'incident à eu lieu le 11 juillet aux environs de 18h30 et j'ai bien évidemment un témoin. Vous dîtes que le remboursement ne peut pas se faire car le personnel ne touche pas à l'espèce, vous faîtes comment pour les clients qui règlent en espèces ? Bref, il y a du louche dans cette histoire, pour ma part c'est la première et la dernière fois que je mets mes pieds dans cette déchéterie et je n'y manquerai pas de faire un courrier aux contrôleurs d'hygiène, on ne traite pas les clients comme des chiens et on leur manque pas de respect du moment que j'étais polie avec elle.
