Sushi Ichi — Restaurant in Paris

I went to this place with a friend after seeing the 4.6 stars rating, sadly this restaurant disappointed us badly, Taking the order went normally but after receiving the miso soup we waited more than 45 min to get the sushi, and its just california makis nothing special that needs huge amount of prep, but the biggest disappointment is clearly visible in the picture, the surimi is basically invisible ! They cut one surimi stick to 4 in order to put 2 pieces in the makis ? What about the salmon ? Super tiny pieces and suchi portions. We just ate rice with avocado pieces.

Very friednly staff and the sushi was made freshly while you stay (you could watch the chef do ist). It was not the best sushi I ever had and most of the pieces fell apart while eating. Also the soysauce was very thick and sweet what i personally diddn't like. It was a good stay but you can probably eat better...
