Le Marilyn - Terrasse - Bar dansant - Salle privatisable — Restaurant in Paris

I had my birthday hangout at Le Marilyn and it was the best decision ever. Right from making a reservation through google, the manager was nothing but accommodating and helpful. I was allowed to come beforehand to check out the space and make sure that it suited my needs for my event and was given all the information I needed. On the day of my event, Sammi the bartender was extremely helpful and made the best cocktails. My friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves and loved the vibe of the space. I was also allowed to cut my cake without having to pay that ridiculous cake cutting fee most places ask for. I will definitely be back because of the top notch attentive service and the general cozy vibe...

The drinks are very tasty and well made. I even like the beer, which is saying a lot for a German. The service was great and the music was very enjoyable. They played 90s / 2000s RnB and Hip Hop. The bathrooms are clean and stylish! The only reason I substract 1 star is because the prices online on their website do not match the actual prices on the menu. The difference is about 50%+ which is significant. It's still absolutely worth checking out but it wouldn't hurt to update...

Je suis venue début avril pour fêter mon départ avec mes collègues. Les barmen sont très agréables et à l'écoute. Quant au gérant, on ne le cotoie pas directement car il délègue à ses barmen la gestion du bar. Neanmoins il reste disponible et arrangeant par téléphone pour régler les modalités de la prestation. C'est très appréciable! Globalement j'ai été satisfaite de ma soirée et mes amis aussi! Je mets un petit bémol sur 2 petites choses seulement : la programmation musicale qui ne permettait pas forcément de danser. Et le montant contractuel à atteindre par personne lors de la soirée afin d'éviter de se faire encaisser son chèque de caution de 200€. Sur ce dernier point, j'avoue que ça m'a un peu plombé mon plaisir pendant la soirée. Je sais que c'est la façon dont se rémunère les bars lors de privatisation de soirées. C ependant, je pense qu'un suivi avec une liste des invités pourrait être fait afin d'être sûre de bien enregistrer toutes les conso d'un même groupe d'invités. Je rejoins certains avis qui pensent que 2 barmen ce n'est pas assez, notamment lors des moments de fortes affluences comme c'était le cas pour ma soirée. Ils triment et on leurs reconnaît...
