31 Street — Restaurant in Paris

I ordered off Uber eats yesterday.... all I have to say is WOW. I eat allot of burgers from restaurants in London and I must say. The speed in which this came to me in was unparalleled. It was outside my door in 20 min still hot from the grill.

The meat was perfectly cooked. A crisp char on the outside with a lovely soft pink in the middle. Every bite was better than the one before it. I must say I will be traveling from London to France just to eat at this restaurant again.

I am extremely impressed and I only hope that the standard in London increases. I cannot comfortably eat another burger back home without comparing it to this one. That saddens me more than you can know! To know that the best burger I've had yet is a plane journey away.

We fly back tomorrow. We will be ordering again tonight and I will be flying back for more!

Well… what an experience. This is a burger with meat and cheese wrapped in a bun. Embarrassing to call that a burger! There is not a single sign of greens or any pickles. Overall the concept is fine, but when you write “crispy” and it’s not crispy. Then no.

Seriously just got home with my burger, tried it, and amazed. The meat is flavorful throughout and juicy. The toppings don't take away from the quality and flavor of the meat, but compliment it. The closest I've gotten to a US independant restaurant/burger place quality. Please people, stop going to PNY, their burgers taste previously frozen and are flavorless.
