If you ever find yourself in the 14th arrondissement, we stopped by a little neighborhood crêperie just outside Parc Montsouris. We started with beef empanadas and chicken samosas. Unfortunately, they were reheated in the microwave, so the pastry was a bit soggy, but the fillings were really tasty. Of the two, the samosa was definitely the winner.
Then came the sweet crêpes : They had the classic salted caramel and of course I went for the caramelized apple with vanilla ice cream on top.
What can I say? From the very first bite, it was like taking a trip to Brittany:

To top it off, the server brought the bill with complimentary candies…
