I am a student whom studying close by le geant des beaux arts, therefore I bought almost everything I need for my study there. But recently what happened to me made me really thinking about I will not come back to this store anymore. The goods there are perfectly and I loved it. However, I bought some stuff there yesterday, when I was leaving, the security guard asked me to show him my bag. so I opened my bag and let him take a look, but he asked me to take off my bag and he took it, start to rummage it one by one of my stuff, and questioned me “ Is this all your stuff?” I felt really be offended after I showed him my bag but he rummage my bag and questioned me like that. He has no rights to do it, I could open my bag by myself but not be taken my bag away and been rummaged one by one. Especially been questioned “ is this all your stuff?” The bag it’s just a tote bag filled in with pens, markers, pencils case, rule, glue ,,all student daily stuff and you can definitely see at the first sight that it’s all been used and not new. I have experienced really uncomfortable, disrespectful experience there. I wish I could have a answer from it. How can the security guard directly took customers bag and rummage it even after showing. And questioned a really humiliated question!!! The rummage shouldn’t happen! And his excessive suspicions and behaviour also made me feel it’s a racist to Asian face. Will he rummage others European bag? And questioned like that? Therefore I am really disappointed, I spent a lotta money there but been keeping stared at when I was shopping, super uncomfortable and been rummage my bag, been humiliated!! The feeling been doubted in front of public and rummage bag is really shameful. The security guard really made me uncomfortable and I am never been apologised for it. If he has enough reason to doubt me steal something from the store, he could ask me to show my bag, which I already did. What’s his reason to take my bag away and rummage it one by one! After founding nothing, there’s no apologies! Why would I throw my money on a store treat me like this? I am buying the products, not shameful rummage And humiliation

Looking for something specific? This is your best chance at finding whatever you’re looking for. Under each category they have wide variety to choose from. You’re bound to make an informed choice here because they have everything. Previously, I went to three shops in Paris looking for something before finding it here. Special mention to the staff because I didn’t know French but they were happy to help many times!

Many promotions, lots of brands available here that I cant find elsewhere. Today I passed by to buy some paint, with the membership card, I got 5€ off and they gave me a little mug since it's my birthday this month so lovely. The staff here is nice as well.
