Delicious food...

You hear this all the time, and it becomes impossible to choose between all the restaurants with delicious food and fast service.

So I'll just tell you about the simplest thing on their menu, their pea soup.

Not only is it the simplest thing on their menu, but it is prepared the simplest way you can imagine...

Just peas, a little bit of seasoning, maybe some cream... who knows?

But the thing is, there is a secret to their soup. Maybe they've added some potato or secret herb. Maybe a different vegetable altogether. Maybe NOTHING.

All I know is that whenever I put the first spoonful in my mouth, swallow it, and continue the conversation I'm having with my wife...

I stop. The creaminess and the subtle layers reveal themselves.

"Damn. I think this is my favorite soup in the world," I unintentionally say out loud.

My wife just laughs, "You ALWAYS say that."

So that's what all their food is like.

Just real french food cooked by real french chefs.

Nous avons passé un bon moment mais un gros bémol pour moi : interdiction de fumer en terrasse. Bof pour décompresser pendant une grosse journée de travail, j’avais 45 minutes de pause durant lesquelles j’ai cru bon d’aller décompresser sur cette terrasse ensoleillée, mais si l’on sort sa cigarette, on se fait réprimander et ordonner de se lever pour aller fumer sur le trottoir, devant tout le monde.. c’est la première fois qu’on m’interdit de fumer une cigarette a l’air libre, sinon pour le reste, le service / la cuisine / le rapport qualité-prix, tout était ok !
