First of all I liked the transparency of this restaurant, they split clearly the menu into ‘handmade’ and ‘industrial’ noodles which give explanation to the price difference. Even on the ingredient level they mentioned glutamine is added. Much appreciated that helps customers to make an informed decision. In terms of the dishes I took the fry handmade noodles with chicken, it was good but flavor on the plain sided I think they can definitely wok it a bit longer to give it a bit more grilled taste.
