Pianovins has been in my consciousness since it opened. It is located in my preferred area of Paris, and I was finally able to procure a reservation. Unfortunately, on May 17th, 2022, Paris was experiencing unusually hot and humid weather. This did effect our dinner since Pianovins is not allowed to open their windows due to local regulations, and it does not have air-conditioning. Our dinner was excellent, the set price menu reasonable for the quality of the food. Tables are close together in the Parisian manner, and we had wonderful conversations with the patrons around us.
