Saveurs de Tokyo — Restaurant in Paris

The restaurant is fantastic, the staff is very accommodating to foreigners as well as provide a takeout service. I ordered the Beef Ramen, Karaage, Salmon Skewers and Tonkatsudon for lunch. The meat was very tender and juicy which is exceptional compared to the other Japanese restaurants I've frequented all across the world. The restaurant was worth returning to for dinner with my parents where we ordered a Sushi Platter, Beef Udon and Ramen, and Black Angus Bao, all of which were exceptional and even gave my parents a much needed relaxed feeling after a walking tour in Versailles and we finished out meal with Dango and Green Tea Ice Cream which was phenomenal. I was at this restaurant with a group of 5 more friends. We had a great time, the food was very good, being in a group of friends we ordered several mixed menus to taste as many dishes. The guy who served us, was very friendly and did well to explain all the details in English. We also tasted a very good wine. The place is in a fairly central area, on one side and the other of the street there are paid parking lots, so if you get there by car, you will definitely find where to park. Très surprise par les commentaires concernant le restaurant. Nous y avons mangé avec ma mère il y a quelques jours et j'ai rarement mangé du riz aussi mauvais. Cela m'a rappelé la mauvaise cantine de mon collège/lycée. À la fin de notre repas j'ai donc dit que je n'avais pas aimé le riz, ce à quoi la personne m'a répondu "c'est du riz blanc japonnais, donc je ne vois pas le problème" (ou quelque chose du genre). Revenant fraîchement du Japon, mes souvenirs du goût du riz là-bas n'étaient pourtant pas très loin... Ma mère a insisté car elle aussi avait gouté le riz, et nous avons eu le droit à un "C'était peut-être le fond de la casserole, il était un peu croustillant". Alors croustillant je ne crois pas, bien trop cuit sûrement. Ma mère a tout de même demandé à ramener les restes de son plat (le udon, qui comme j'ai vu dans un autre commentaire, est effectivement en bouillon alors que non mentionné sur le menu), le monsieur a donc répondu que bien sûr pas de soucis, mais au moment de payer les restes avaient tout simplement été jeté (on parle de la moitié du plat). "Ah c'est ma faute, désolé". Pas de geste commercial du tout, qui aurait pu être facilement fait sur un supplément gyoza à quelques euros, et un beau gâchi...
