I recently tried Bengali food at this restaurant (17th September around 9:15 PM), but unfortunately, my experience was very bad.
For dinner, I started with a fish dish, which had a strong unpleasant smell — it seemed to have gone bad, possibly due to improper storage. When I requested a replacement, the waiter appeared surprised and was somewhat rude in his response, which made the situation uncomfortable. Though after telling them 2/3 times then they changed and gave new freshly cooked fish dish.
In terms of hospitality, I didn’t feel good. Despite speaking in English, some of the waiters continued to speak in Hindi or Urdu, which felt a bit dismissive, especially for guests who may not understand those languages.
