Do not stay in this hotel especially if you are from Asia (Malaysia/Indonesia). The hotel was full of trick especially the guy at at front desk. I booked via Agoda for triple room where enough for my wife, my 2 kids (4&3YO) to stay as the hotel policy mentioned clearly in the ads 6YO below stay free using the same bed. Unfortunately, the black front desk guy said the was not there. I booked for 2 nights but only 1 night available but not under my name. I said nevermind just proceed with 1 night cause I don’t want to drag the issue since my kids was exhausted due to 9 hours transfer from Bern. Then the guy said I need to add 1 more standard room to occupy us. Where on earth is the logic for my wife, my kids 4 YO & infant! and myself to stay in a separate room???

The lift is tiny in only lets in 2 people at a time. so had to wait double the amount of time as there was three of us. |The best thing for us was how close it was to gare du nord it was so nice just to walk a few minutes to get back to the hotel||thanks for...
