According to their Instagram policy, customers eating brunch are supposed to be prioritized over those just having beverages between 12h and 15h daily. Relying on this, I decided to pass by on Saturday around 14h, intending to have brunch. However, when I arrived, all the tables were taken - mostly by people with empty coffee cups who were reading books or working on laptops.
When I approached the counter and explained that I wanted to have brunch, the employee suggested I share a table with someone using her computer. Unfortunately, the table was so small, and the person had spread out her belongings to the point that it was impossible to fit a plate and eat comfortably.
The staff appeared inexperienced in managing such situations and simply stated there was nothing they could do.
This would have been less frustrating if their policy had not been clearly communicated, but advertising one thing and failing to follow through wastes...
