Blend Café — Restaurant in Pau

The reason I went to this place is because I liked their choice of healthy food, drinks and big choice of vegetarian food. I came around 1.30 pm and there was no place available to seat. So I decided to take a golden turmeric latte to go. I’m sure the food is delicious because there was no a single empty table but come on guys, your golden latte was a disaster 😣 I’m afraid it’s a common thing in Pau. This quaint cafe is wonderful! We stayed across the street at the Hotel Bristol and ate breakfast at Blend every morning. We loved the scrambled eggs with pesto avocado toast. And why not eat dessert after breakfast? Their lemon tart was out of this world... and it's gluten free!! Only 1 person in our party needs to eat a GF diet but everyone loved the tart so much that we all ordered it each time we were there! Beyond the food, the service and staff...

Very nice place to be! The decoration is amazing, you have plenty of space, the first floor is stylish. I came there when I had work to do on my computer and there was a cozy atmosphere, time fled. Their choice of coffee is diverse, you have alternatives as well like chai latte, which you don't find often in France. Last but not least, the waiter is friendly and can give you good advice about places to go to. I highly recommend...
