We travelled here from Canada and have never tasted or experienced an ice cream parlour like this. The service was wonderful and the gelato was not only beautifully displayed (as a lovely rose) but it was also the most delicious we’ve ever had!! Faiblesses, points négatifs : 👎

1. Le terminal émet rarement un reçu ; généralement, il n'émet rien !

2. Après avoir passé commande et saisi votre nom, le terminal réinitialise tout et revient à l'écran initial. Autrement dit, vous devez repasser commande, puis tout est réinitialisé et vous devez tout recommencer depuis le début. C'est-à-dire qu'ils ont des problèmes au niveau technique au niveau de la station de commande automatique.

Un personnel agréable, poli et attentionné, des produits de qualité et un intérieur soigné : tout cela rend cet endroit très attrayant. Je le recommande sincèrement, contrairement à beaucoup...
