The food is ok but the service is the most appalling I have ever seen. We were waiting forever for everything! The water that we asked for 5 times to different waiters including ours and that we had to go and get ourselves! We went there twice for lunch and dinner. It was bad the first time for dinner but we thought we would give them another chance! big mistake! You have to plan to spend a long time here. The first time they brought the main course for my husband once all of us had finished dinner! Absolutely no commercial gesture for all the waiting and mistakes etc. but then again they probably would be brankrupt if they did! The relationship between the kitchen and the waiters is under pressure big time with insults and other agressive behaviours. Probably not enough staff. Also only 1 toilet so the queue can be very long up to 15-20 minutes wait so not really practical when you have kids! Onteux !!! Pitoyable !!! Serveuse odieuse et insolente !!! 1 - je commande une un cocktail Pina colada... "Courage de gueule" désolée pr ces mots utilisés au lecteur mais l on me sert un espèce de verre de jus ananas et autre ingrédients qui n ont absolument rien à voir avec le cocktail commandé. Je rappelle la serveuse et lui explique le problème ! Elle ne veux rien entendre et confirme m avoir servis ma Pina colada.. Sauf que pas du tout ! Ce que l on m a servis est plus du jus ananas qu un semblable Pina colada....elle se mets à remuer mon verre comme une furie pr faire un mélange puis m'ordonne de goûter...je refuse et lui dis que je 'e veux pas de sa mixture. Mon plat inondé de ses mouvements de mélange... 2- mon mari commande une entrecôte... honteux extrêmement fine... à croire que l entrecôte à été divisé par deux dans son épaisseur. 3 - commande de Moules à la crème avec frites ..des moules fermés pour une grande majorité puis d autres sans aucun goût et noirâtre....j ai laisser plus de la moitié....immonde le goût !! 4- commande d un panaché mais c était de la bière. 5- mon mari avais commandé des légumes avec son entrecôte et à la place lui a été servis des feuilles de salade avec des frites mal en point dans son plat. Je le signale à la serveuse pour se nouveau problème....la serveuse mécontente se fâche et dis ils vous ont servis n importe quoi ! J exige les légumes commandé. 6- nous demandons expressément l audition afin de partir sans rien devoir... 6- la serveuse limite nous jette l addition....un descriptif ne correspondent pas du tout à notre commande coût total indiquer erroné...rien à voir avec la note attendue était facturé 2 cocktail non commandé ni consommé+ 2 hamburger alors que pas commandé ni consommé 7- mon mari se charge de se rapprocher d un autre interlocuteur pour l édition d une facture correspondant à...

Actually I don't know why the reviews aren't that good here. We ordered a cod dish, fish and chips, grilled shrimp, and a vegetarian salad, and we were satisfied with everything. We also found the prices to be very reasonable. The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent.
