Glacier ego — Restaurant in Perpignan

a disappointing experience. from the beginning where we entered and the two ladies are engaged in a conversation and so we wait realizing we are in France and the customer is not king....i ordered a cortado, i realize it's not on the menu but it's hardly something exotic... i received a ristretto, not really close to a cortado...they are not busy and no other customers appeared.... i take it back and try to explain in my poor French what a cortado is, i unhappily settled on a noisette. when we are finished, i returned the dishes to the counter and we are ignored, no attempt to connect with us or inquire about our experience... a quick run to the toilet to wash our hands and of course there are no hand towels to dry your hands. so i look forward to the owners response, all the other responses to negative reviews are defensive .... to assist them i have added a photo for their future reference about what a cortado is. i actually care little about the inability to make the right drink. it was more the total lack of attention...

This place is amazing! We booked an appartment in Perpignan, and when we arrived, we discovered it was just above this icecream parlour. We visited twice each day! The icecream is delicious and self service is such a great idea as you can try as many flavours as you like. The crepes are delicious too, especially with speculous topping. Great customer...

Amazing ice cream concept. You can make your own ice cream desserts. You have more than 70 flavors and many toppings. You decide how big and how many scoops you can get. Great option for kids they have a lot fun making their own ice cream.

Ice cream itself are also great. Many flavors you won’t find anywhere.
