The entrée was served quickly and was a generous salad but the plates were cleared and there was no sign of the wine or main courses. After 45 minutes we cracked and asked the waiter if he had forgotten us, he assured us no. A full 20 minutes later the main course arrived. Still no sign of the wine, we asked again for the wine. One dish was fine but my papillote du mer was at best tepid and the Rouget was missing although someone had pressed some Rouget scales into the tuna (or was this a returned dish where someone else had eaten just the Rouget). Fuimos a comer porque vimos un sitio bastante concurrido en la plaza de perpignan. Desde el principio nos atendió un camarero muy simpático, se esforzó en todo momento en ver lo que queríamos. Yo no sabía que el agua del grifo se bebía gratis, y él me lo recomendó para que no pagara mi bebida. Nos pedimos un pato con patatas y un steak hache. Todo muy bueno. La carne bien hecha como la pedimos. Con sus salsas exquisitas. De postre nos pedimos unos cafés y unos crepes de Nutella muy bueno. Calidad - precio - servicio inmejorable A destacar el buen servicio de Guillaum, que nos atendió con toda la paciencia del mundo, Hablaba español, y nos recomendó muchos sitios para visitar. Además habían unos chicos en la plaza dándonos expectaculo. Nos hizo la comida muy amena.
