Le Cocon des Neiges — Restaurant in Prades

We visited to have drinks and crepes. Because the restaurant on the outside said Creperie. You think somewhere that adversities crepes would want to serve you crepes, wrong. The restaurant was not busy at all and had plenty of tables open. When we told our waitress we wanted crepes she said are you not eating? We said we wanted crepes and she rolled her eyes at us and told us that this restaurant was for eating and that she would serve us today because it was slow in the restaurant, but normally she would not allow it. It was not told to us in a kind way. Her body language and words were very rude and we knew, we were not welcomed there. Quite posh restaurant. Friendly, polite staff. We were served an amuse bouche on the house and then both had a gallette complette, (wholemeal savoury crepe filled with ham, cheese and an egg). Small dressed salad garnish came with it. They look deceptively thin, they are incredibly filling, (and delicious). We shared a 19EURO bottle of sweet cider, which was absolutely delicious, not too sweet either, really good quality. I couldn't manage anything else, which is unusual for me. Experiencia nefasta. Fui con mi pareja a tomarme una cerveza y un café con leche a las 6 de la tarde de un miércoles. Tras ser recibido por un supervisor desagradable y obviamente incómodo por nuestra presencia (pese a que el local no estaba ni mucho menos lleno), pedimos las bebidas. El trato fue sumamente desagradable, pero lo peor nos lo reservaron para el final. Cuando pedí la cuenta, el supervisor nos indicó que eran 19 euros mientras se reía mirando a un camarero que estaba al lado nuestro. Creyendo que no hablábamos francés, le dijo que como éramos turistas no nos daríamos cuenta. Tras salir del local, comprobé en la carta que el total de nuestra consumición no llegaba a los 10 euros. Volví para pedir explicaciones y el gerente, de mala cara, nos devolvió 9 euros en efectivo mientras reprendía a un camarero a gritos por haber sido, supuestamente, el autor de este error. El camarero le respondió delante nuestro indicando que él no había tenido nada que ver con nuestra cuenta, lo cual puedo asegurar.
