Entered by chance, being in the area. Lot of construction around and thought to help the business. The pastries are really, really great but the service not so. The staff was not wearing gloves and touched with their hands the 2 pieces of apricot tartes placing them in the box to go. The 2 coffees to go took unbelievable time to get them ready; the staff seems untrained and when I addressed the issue with the owner, she was kind apologizing for the issue. Stumbled on this one for a quick breakfast before heading home. Ended up leaving with pastries too because they looked so good. Huge croissants but still so flaky and buttery! Visité ce jour. J'ai pris une part de flan, un pain suisse et un trompe-l'oeil citron yuzu.

Côté service :

Même si ça avait l'air d'être une apprentie qui m'a tout d'abord servi, le service est fluide et les personnes gentilles.

Côté alimentaire (le plus important) :

Point positif : Pain suisse très bon, bien garni et assez copieux, environ 200gr je dirais. Même si ça manque un peu de maîtrise côté feuilletage, mais c'était de loin le meilleur des 3 articles. - 8/10 (Prix : 2,10€) Le trompe-l'oeil est bon. - 6/10 (Prix : 5,50€)

Point négatif : Flan à l'allure industrielle (utilisation de poudre?) et servi très froid, c'est dommage, je venais tout d'abord pour tester votre flan pâtissier. Il m'a été servi presque congelé. - 0/10 (Prix : 2,80€)
