La Fabrique — Restaurant in Reims

What an incredible find! We were on our way to the Pommery Champagne tour and had a restaurant in mind, unfortunately it was closed, however luckily this place was open and it was amazing.

It was a cold day outside and the streets were really quiet, and we were the only ones in this restaurant, luckily for us as there were 8 of us and we took up the majority of this restaurant.

It’s only small, but it really packs a punch.

The food was incredible and we loved every moment. The staff were super friendly as well. We could not fault this place.

If you’re in the area you must go here! There was only one chef and one waitress, and the size of the building is smaller but those were all positive things because it was such an intimate experience. The chef came out and talked to us multiple times and you could tell the food was made by the order, very fresh, very unique, changing menu. The server was also so nice and worked through with our English/ French language barrier like a champ. 100% recommend. Also a vegetarian tartar? never heard of but...

La Fabrique (Bar a Vin) is a wonderful cafe to visit! My wife and I were on vacation in France and stumbled upon this magical little cafe. The food is extraordinarily delicious and plentiful, and the service exceptional. They have a small but satisfying menu, and a wonderful wine list.
