Excellent new restaurant in town next to the train station. I work in Saigon for several years and on vacation in Rouen with 3 Cambodian friends whom were missing the Asian flavors. I visited this restaurant during my exchange in the fall of 2019. It's a clean, friendly atmosphere with a kind and attentive waiting staff. We had a two night stay in Rouen, staying in an apartment close to Sushi Tokyo. As we had a baby with us, we decided to get take out.
