Staff don't know how to speak. Applying good for nothing laws just for the sake of applying them. The security thinks he owns the place. Never coming back again. Worst. They kicked me out after playing 2hrs there because at some point, the security decided that wearing a cap is not allowed. He came to me in a real unprofessional way throwing me a "take off your hat" in a bad tone. The thing is he wasn't even wearing clothes showing that he's from staff or anything. My natural response was to say no. Then, he started attacking us and speaking in an offensive tone to get out. It's understandable that some place decides (even if I don't agree with) to set some dress code or something. But, they should first let you know about it, put it somewhere where you can see it while entering the place + the staff should wear clothes that show they're working there + the way to talk to people who are not compliant should be professional. Its not a jungle. I've been to tons of other places who offer better service, better environment, and if you're not complaint, they just come and say it in a friendly way and we leave. Nous Ă©tions 14 personnes, avions rĂ©servĂ© 2 pistes de bowling dans cet endroit oĂč les pistes et installations sont plus que vĂ©tustes. Un ami qui jouait au bowling pour la premiĂšre fois a eu les doigts coincĂ©s dans la boule de 9kg, il sâest bien Ă©videmment blessĂ© et a abĂźmĂ© une dalle en placo-plĂątre dâune valeur de 10⏠chez Leroy Merlin. Pas de prise en charge de la blessure par lâĂ©quipe et avons Ă©tĂ© virĂ© du lieu, sans que lâĂ©tablissement cherche Ă comprendre.
Je dĂ©nonce le manque de comprĂ©hension et de respect dont a fait part la gĂ©rante ainsi que sa serveuse Ă notre Ă©gard, mais Ă©galement le manque dâassistance Ă une personne blessĂ©e.
De plus, aprĂšs avoir Ă©tĂ© virĂ© aprĂšs 5 minutes de jeu (je nâai mĂȘme pas pu lancer une boule, comme la plupart des autres personnes ce soir lĂ ) ils se sont empressĂ© dâinstaller dâautres joueurs aprĂšs avoir encaissĂ© nos 14 x 8⏠= 112âŹ, un peu cher payĂ© pour une planche dont nous avons proposĂ© de remettre immĂ©diatement aprĂšs lâincident. Bref vous aurez compris, business is business, tout est bon pour faire de lâargent. MalgrĂ© lâutilisation de camĂ©ra, refus de vĂ©rifier sur les images par lâĂ©quipe quâil sâagissait bien dâun accident qui aurait pu ĂȘtre dramatique puisque la boule aurait pu retomber sur quelquâun en la blessant dâavantage : encore une preuve de non professionnalisme de lâĂ©quipe et une façon de se remplir les poches.
Passez votre chemin donc, vous trouverez bien mieux comme Ă©tablissement sur les quais. Ce nâest pas la premiĂšre fois quâun incident se produit dans cet Ă©tablissement, nous Ă©tions dĂ©jĂ venus en juin dernier et la serveuse avait renversĂ© la biĂšre de mon amie qui avait demandĂ© Ă ce quâon la rĂ©serve, bien Ă©videmment celle-ci a essuyĂ© un refus et Ă du payer cette biĂšre renversĂ©e.
