When I visited Reunion, I expected that all the restaurants will be tropical/seafood considering the geographical location of the island. I was surprised to come across this absolutely lovely family-owned Lebanese restaurant all the way into the Southern hemisphere. The owners themselves welcomed me along with a very friendly staff, and the hospitality was sublime! The quality of food cannot be described as anything less than a culinary paradise. The food tastes like it came directly from the ovens of Lebanon. I loved the variety of dishes available everyday during lunch-time. My favorite is and will always be the Shawarma wherever I go, and the shawarma they served was superb! The service was exquisite and the food always arrived quickly. The ambience is what I liked the most, the place is simply alive. I went there several times for lunch and dinner. Considering that during lunch time, employees from surrounding offices have their lunch in the restaurant and I noticed them staying for as much as they can before heading back to their offices, I also extended my stay for as much as I can before heading out for my work. In the evenings, this place was my "go-to" destination when i'm not in a rush because of work, it is also located near the corniche. The food never disappointed me and the social experience and overall atmosphere is what I...

The chicken shawarma was bursting with flavor—tender, well-marinated chicken with a smoky char that hinted at hours of slow roasting. Wrapped in warm, fluffy pita and topped with a tangy garlic sauce, every bite had the perfect mix of spice and creaminess. The hummus with Falafel on the side was velvety-smooth, rich with tahini and a touch of lemon, perfect for dipping...
