Service staff very kind, but not experienced enough. Waiter kept us waiting 20 minutes before even saying hello. A “I’ll be with you shortly” and a smile is a minimum for me. Once seated it was another 15 minutes before he acknowledged I was ready to order, but he proceeded to clean another table, for which no one was waiting. Awful experience Yesterday I had a hair in my burger. I mentioned it to the server, who took it back to the kitchen. A little later, they simply returned with the same burger, as if I wouldn't notice. When I asked if it was a fresh one, they gave me an evasive answer. Truly disrespectful. I sent it back immediately, and it wasn't until 25 minutes later that I finally got a new one. The burger itself was okay, but the extras were stone cold, as if they'd just come out of the freezer. Avoid if you can. I ordered a bottle of water and we ordered 2 burgers. Our bottle of water came, with no glasses. My wife use the happy cow app and it said they have vegan options, they didn't. We find out after ordering. They offered her fish... When my wife took the salad, it came with a cream dressing and mayonnaise. My salmon burger arrived, cold.
