My wife, son, and I stayed here during a concert tour and the husband/wife owners were as nice as anyone could hope for when traveling abroad (especially with a 1 yo).
Even though we were told it's more of a resturant than a hotel, both were excellent. The owners were very accommodating with a flexible breakfast time with everything layed out beautifully and a child's seat already set up. They were also flexible with our check out time, which helped a lot.
The room was very nice and had a crib- also already set up for us in advance. Nothing too fancy, but who stays in their room when traveling? The bed was the perfect size and very comfortable. The wifi was easy to access and reset every night at midnight, which is common.
The food at the resturant is delicious. We ate every morning, once for lunch, and once for dinner. The home made pate was awesome. For the main course we had lemon butter fish and the fish of the day. Both were very tasty and the perfect portions. The desserts and coffee were also great.
The best part of our stay was most certainly the owners hospitality and kindness. They are very sweet people who really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed for ourselves and our son. This...

Déception totale : L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant a oublié ma réservation malgré un préavis d'un mois
Je suis au regret de devoir exprimer ma profonde déception à l'égard de L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant. Malgré avoir effectué ma réservation avec un mois d'avance et pris soin de contacter l'établissement pour confirmer celle-ci, mon expérience a été entachée par un oubli inexplicable de leur part.
J'ai réservé avec anticipation, prenant toutes les précautions nécessaires pour garantir un séjour sans encombre. Dans cette optique, j'ai pris l'initiative de contacter directement l'hôtel un mois avant mon arrivée pour m'assurer que ma réservation était bien enregistrée. À ma grande stupéfaction, à mon arrivée à l'établissement, le personnel semblait totalement ignorant de ma réservation.
Cette négligence de la part de L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant a non seulement engendré un grand désagrément, mais a également perturbé sérieusement mes plans de voyage. En tant que client, je m'attends à ce qu'un établissement hôtelier soit capable de gérer efficacement les réservations et offre un service professionnel. Malheureusement, ces attentes ont été complètement déçues.
Non seulement l'hôtel a manqué à son devoir de garantir ma réservation, mais le personnel n'a pas fait preuve de la moindre considération ou volonté de résoudre la situation de manière satisfaisante. Au lieu de cela, j'ai été confronté à une attitude désinvolte et peu coopérative, ce qui a accru ma frustration.
En tant que voyageur régulier, je considère le service client comme un aspect essentiel dans le choix d'un établissement. Malheureusement, mon expérience avec L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant n'a pas du tout répondu à mes attentes, et je me sens dans l'obligation de partager cette expérience pour informer les autres voyageurs potentiels.
En conclusion, je ne saurais recommander L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant sur la base de ma déception. Un service client déficient et un oubli aussi flagrant de réservation sont des lacunes majeures qui ne sauraient être négligées. J'espère sincèrement que cet avis incitera l'établissement à améliorer ses pratiques et à éviter que d'autres clients ne soient confrontés à une situation similaire...

Lovely little hotel and staff was very pleasant and helpful on arrival ! Just got home after our 3 night stay ! Rooms clean and tidy with nice decor ! Tea and coffee in the rooms would have been great as restaurant was closed most of time however we didn’t opt for the breakfast ! Wished we had now as not much choice in the mornings around the town! But what a lovely little place yes the stairs are steep but it’s the character of the building would stay again x many thanks ! Oh just one thing the toilet in room 4 needs a look at as the activation switch...
