McDonald's — Restaurant in Sarcelles

Monday, 12 august 2024, around evening time.

We went through the McDrive and ordered a Big Tasty menu and a Royal Cheese. We had to wait 8 minutes at the cashier to make the payment, and then 10 more minutes to receive our order. When we got it, we realized we had been given the wrong items. My friend went inside to get the order corrected.

The manager was very rude. He aggressively took the burger and added just a slice of cheese with his bare, ungloved hands. My friend then requested a new Royal Cheese burger because he was uncomfortable with the way the manager handled the food. The manager took back the food rudely, and my friend decided to ask for a refund due to the poor hygiene and the manager's behavior.

At first, the manager refused to give a refund, saying he felt pity for throwing away food, despite knowing how much food other stores like Carrefour and Leclerc waste daily and not giving to the homeless. We pointed out that this was a result of the employee's mistake, and we shouldn't be forced to accept any random burger. We also mentioned that time management is important, as other customers were also complaining about long wait times.

If the manager were truly professional, he would address the employee's mistake.

At least he refunded the money. We aren’t coming back...

I have been to this McDonald’s just now, when i ordered they barely had any desserts. Stuff like macarons, milkshakes and specific pastries were missing. This shouldn’t be a problem although i wanted to order a milkshake. I ordered a cappuccino to go on my road trip so i stopped here and ordered of course. I waited and waited and waited for like 20 minutes, and i saw people ordering after me and getting their food earlier too.(?!) no one was making my coffee so i asked if they could make it since i was waiting a while. Someone with a white vest made the coffee for me and she let the milk steam, and then walked away. i saw lots of smoke coming from the steamer and then i asked for someone to check if that’s normal and he agreed but then he brought someones food to their table and then he came back and completely forgot what he was about to do. I waited another while and then the same person who made the coffee came and remade the coffee because i guess the coffee became cold and the milk burned. However i told her i waited for like 30 minutes and she just nodded and gave me my coffee and didn’t even apologise. At the end my coffee milk was not properly steamed but i just drank it. The worst experience i have ever had with Mcdonalds!!!

We ordered with the drive trough.... we ordered 2 meals for adults and 2 happy meals. What we got didnt made us happy at all....

We got 2 big burgers blue cheese with bacon no vegtables... its was dry and didnt worth any of the 13 euros a piece.... the cans of cola broke open and soaked my car. But that can happen.... but we didnt got our two happy meals??!! We went inside. Asked our meals. Got a meal with hamburger no cheeseburger like we ordered.... no fries... no tomatos 🤐 went back and asked for fries, saus wich we ordered and straws... and tomatos... we got it all. But the tomatos where sqaused... and some even rotten.

Threw it away eat the rest but didnt enjoyed it at all....

If you come or go to disney... dont ever take this mcdonalds as stop.... waste of time...
