Food was gorgeous. We had been travelling and we needed some comfort food, so we had the €20 euros menu with Corsican soup and a dessert or cheese place (obviously went for the cheese plate LOL)
The portion of soup was really generous, and delicious!!! We also really loved the quality of the cheeses, and there was a great house wine.
I liked the ambient too. Very traditional.
One little note: the server was at times a bit surly. That indisposed us a couple of times during the dinner, but we decided to let it be.

The food was at most mediocre, we had the aubergines bonifaciennes where we did not taste the cheese at all, nor any other ingredient much, it was just an undistinguishable mild mix; and the cannelloni probably pre-made and then heated, quite poor in taste (only felt the cheese, but the meal was overall dry).. Read moreI've been in Corseca for a week and this was the best dinner I've had so far. The local Bonifatu plate are these eggplant with chese sort of balls, and they can be found around the city. However, most of them are stored frozen for months, but this place makes them fresh everyday. They are DELICIUS! It's a great plate in general, but specially as a vegetarian I couldn't be happier with this delicius dish. Go for the Aubergines à la Bonifacienne !!! Ps: vegan pasta options...
