Bodega Bonifacio — Restaurant in Sartène

I dont understand how someone can tell excelent food and give 5 stars.Perhaps that kind of person never eat in restaurants and eats only junk food.The food was mediocre at best.The degustation plate is basicly a cold dish ,the dorada was not good cleaned and had a bitter taste,the lamb was chewing gum.The menu has only couple of dishes,and it should be good but in fact it's a little upper than junk food.2 star for the price witch is just a little lower that other restaurants but it's not worth it believe me. Avoid this "bodega".Even the name suggest that.Stay away and if you whant good food just pay a tiny bit more and search a good restaurant not bodega.On top of that they don't accept credit card.For a restaurant it is not acceptable.We...

We had a lovely dinner at Bodega in Bonifacio. The place has a really authentic vibe, small, super warm and friendly, and it feels like a family-run spot. The staff were great, very kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to.

The food was good overall. The sea bream was tasty. The swordfish was nice too, but the portion was a bit small. We tried the bonifacienne aubergines, a local dish, and they were okay, but there weren’t many and the flavor didn’t really stand out.

The wild boar tagliatelle had amazing meat, but the pasta didn’t mix so well with the sauce. The mussels were also very good.

We also had the tiramisu and the chestnut flan and they were both super delicious! Highly recommended!

I recently stumbled upon Bodega Bonifacio and it was an absolute delight. The food was incredible, every single dish was delicious and perfectly made accompanied with remarkable service. Our waiter was not only super friendly and attentive but also, dare I say, better looking Timothy Chalamet. His kindness and great attitude made the whole evening feel special. You don't get service like that around. for the quality of both the food and the experience, the prices were really fair. I'd highly recommend this place 😊 Ps.
