What a find, this is bar none my top 3 pizza place in the world, the quality of the ingredients, the preparation, the visual appearance show that the owner take pride in his craft, from the dough to the cheeze, and tasty tomato sauce, the other dishes are excellent as well, pastas and others, same level of food quality and preparation. Beat any other restaurant in Porto Vecchio that serve pre-made frozen dishes at an outrageous price, this is a fresh meal for under $20 bucks The crew is very nice and efficient specially for been that busy, the owner is outstanding. Siamo arrivati per caso davanti a questo locale che ci ha subito colpiti. Volevamo assaggiare una pizza Corsa da quando abbiamo messo piede su questa bellissima terra (sembra ci siano solo pizzerie e che sia un piatto tipico...😅) e finalmente ci siamo decisi. Il locale molto carino con apparecchiatura semplice come piace a me; il cameriere un po' serio ma vabbè, non parlando francese non potevo farlo ridere e lui, comunque, stava lavorando 😁 i prezzi sono un pochino più bassi rispetto alle pizzerie della Corsica (un po' alti per noi italiani visto che la margherita viene 10€) però con 15€ è possibile ordinare una super pizza "Corsica" che è una favola! Impasto buonissimo, stile napoletano, con condimento tipico e ricco (mozzarella, lonza, pecorino, confettura di fichi - strabuona - e origano). Il mio ragazzo ha preso una saporita "Stefania" ( mozzarella, coppa, olive e origano) che lo ha soddisfatto pienamente. Se ci aggiungiamo due belle birre Pietra (una bionda e una ambrata) direi che la felicità è servita!...

Après avoir commandé une pizza chèvre miel noix, je m’aperçois juste avant de manger un bout de pizza, qu’il y a 2 asticots vivants dedans. J’appelle alors le serveur (le patron je suppose) pour qu’il voit par lui même et qu’il me change cela. Après lui avoir fait la remarque il prend la pizza, va retirer les vers en cuisine et revient vers moi en me disant qu’il a retirer les vers mais c’est la même pizza !!!! Je lui réponds alors que c’est une blague et que je ne mangerais pas cette pizza, il me regarde méchamment et « m’explique » que c’est « normal » qu’il y ait des asticots dans les noix. Il finit par me la refaire (à contre cœur) mais sans noix (alors que j’en voulais mais sans asticots).

Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, il me prend pour une folle en me disant que c’est normal. Je ne sais pas ce qu’il y a de plus choquant entre le fait d’avoir des vers dans ma pizza et le fait qu’il m’ait dit que ce soit normal qu’il y en...
