Friendly and fast service, English speaking staff. Food was average. I had the veal steak, and the potatoes seemed microwaved because they were uneatable for the first 10 minutes, they were this hot I got tears in my eyes unknowingly eating the first one when the dish arrived. Pizza was also average - don't know why the place receives such good pizza reviews. We are avid pizza eaters, and have eaten much better pizzas that this restaurant serves. All in all, it's an ok restaurant.

Wir waren 3 mal hier innerhalb von 8 Tagen Korsika. Wir haben an verschiedenen Orten gegessen, nirgends hat es uns so gut geschmeckt als hier. Die Pizzen sind klasse, die Linguine mit Gambas, die Lasagne, die Linguine mit geschmortem Kalb, einfach alles war lecker. Als Dessert haben wir uns den warmen Schokokuchen mit Vanilleeis und Sahne gegönnt - perfekt 👌🏼 Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls super. Wir waren immer abends und haben online ab 19 Uhr mit der Bitte eines Tisches ganz vorne reserviert, dem wurde auch entsprochen. Der Service war insgesamt auch toll, einzig einen Punkt Abzug geben wir für das Kindermenü. Nicht weil es das Fischstäbchen und die Pommes nicht gut gewesen wären, sondern weil es kein Menü gab. Das Getränk vorweg kam nicht, die Kugel Eis als Abschluss auch nicht. Wir hätten was sagen können klar, bei der Sprachbarriere aber halt immer kompliziert und schwierig. Haben es die anderen Male dann auch nicht mehr bestellt. Also als Bitte für euch: wenn ihr schon Menü drauf schreibt, dann bringt das den Kindern auch. Sonst aber wie gesagt, sehr sehr gut und ich würde jeden empfehlen hier essen zu gehen. Die Terrasse füllt sich nach Öffnung um 19 Uhr auch sehr schnell, das spricht schon alleine für sich.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant L’Ambatat et l’expérience a été mitigée. En apéritif, nous avons commandé deux verres de vin rouge, malheureusement ils étaient beaucoup trop chauds et donc peu agréables à boire. La serveuse nous a expliqué que la bouteille sortait de la cave et effectivement le vin était à température, nos verre devais sortir du lave vaisselle. La solution de la serveuse a était tout simplement de changé de verre, mais sans nous remplacer le vin. Une petit amélioration mais c était pas sa. En revanche, les plats étaient excellents, bravo au chef pour la qualité de la cuisine. Grosse déception sur l’assiette de fromages : seulement trois morceaux dont deux très similaires pour 15 €, ce qui me semble excessif. The pizzas were delicious, however, the service was very slow, we asked for 3 beers, only recieved one, nobody came by for another 5 minutes, when finally someone came, we asked for the other two and those took another five minutes. At the end they asked us if we wanted dessert and we asked for the menu, it didn't come for 10 minutes, so we decided to pay the bill and go somewhere else for ice cream. We went there twice and both time the food was excellent. It gets crowded quickly at lunch so I'd recommend you show up just before noon.
