Shirley's Bar — Restaurant in Sartène

Wir sind erst seit vier Tagen auf Korsika, aber schon ganze drei Mal in Shirley’s Bar gewesen – das sagt eigentlich alles! Der Service ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir reisen mit drei Kindern, was nicht immer leise abläuft, aber hier fühlen wir uns rundum willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.

Ein besonderer Moment war heute, als unsere kleine Tochter wegen der Hitze weinte – sofort kam eine Kellnerin mit einem Becher Eiswürfeln, wickelte sie liebevoll in eine Serviette und half unserer Kleinen damit, sich abzukühlen. Diese Geste hat uns tief berührt und zeigt, wie herzlich und kinderfreundlich das Team hier ist.

Und dann das Essen! Die Crêpes sind die besten, die wir je gegessen haben – besonders der mit echter Schokolade anstelle von Nutella ist ein absoluter Traum.

Wir lieben die Atmosphäre hier und kommen mit Sicherheit noch einige Male, bevor unser Urlaub zu Ende ist. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! 💛

Nous ne sommes en Corse que depuis quatre jours, mais nous sommes déjà allés trois fois chez Shirley’s Bar – cela en dit long ! Le service est exceptionnellement chaleureux et attentionné. Nous voyageons avec trois enfants, donc un peu de bruit est inévitable, mais ici, nous nous sentons toujours les bienvenus.

Un moment particulièrement touchant : aujourd’hui, notre petite fille pleurait à cause de la chaleur – une serveuse est immédiatement arrivée avec un gobelet de glaçons, qu’elle a soigneusement enveloppés dans une serviette avec beaucoup de gentillesse pour lui rafraîchir la nuque. Ce petit geste nous a profondément émus.

Et que dire des crêpes ! Ce sont les meilleures que nous ayons jamais goûtées – surtout celle au vrai chocolat, bien meilleure que celles à la pâte à tartiner classique.

Nous adorons cet endroit et nous reviendrons certainement plusieurs fois avant la fin de notre séjour. Recommandation...

Slightly off-center from the charming church square and still very central. This place immediately caught my eye because its patrons and the staff all seemed a bit friendlier than anywhere else I had seen on my Saturday night stroll through central Porto Vecchio. Friendliness is all the more appreciated when traveling alone. And I didn’t regret my choice. Great service. Tried a pint of the local brew, Pietra: reasonably priced at 6.50€ and served with a smile! Also enjoyed the Moscow Mule where the drinker puts on the final touch....

Omg! Gluten free authentic Corsican crepes; delicious! We are Americans, the waitress was super friendly and brought us an ipad with the menu in English. The food was ready quickly and OMG were they delicious! They even came with a side salad of lettuce that was so crunchy and delicious, that I think they picked it from a garden and then served it to us. Another employee came out and insisted on extending the awning as the sun was getting strong. Prices were great too! Highly...
