Just now, my son and I came to this restaurant, which I found on Google Maps and made a special trip to visit. I was genuinely looking forward to dining here. The waitress seated us and told us we couldn’t choose our own table—she picked one she deemed the "best," explaining it was ideal for two but would be too cramped for three. I informed her I was dining alone since my son wasn’t hungry (I truly cannot force his appetite). After I had already ordered, including a main course costing over thirty euros, she suddenly informed me she couldn’t "sell" the table to me because I was alone—it could have been sold to a group of three. Even when I offered to order an additional appetizer, she refused. I find this extremely rude; it seems she only cares about money. Is this how French businesses treat guests?? From the moment we asked them if there was a table until the moment we paid they were very rude talking about us like we don't understand french and I was also talking in french with them. We ate the moules marinière and it was okay but we were not feeling well afterwards. Au détour d'une rue, nous débouchons sur cette petite place, nous nous approchons pour déjeuner et là, immédiatement le sourire de Marina et hop nous voila installés. Puis intervient la gentillesse de Michael qui nous conseille parfaitement. Tout est délicieux et de qualité, le burger est à tomber et les plats sont supers gouteux.....Oh que nous sommes bien. Je vous parle des desserts? Et bien c'est pareil, top!! Et les bières? Je vous le donne en mille, elles sont parfaite, surtout celle à la pêche, Oh on est encore bien... Puis arrive Ninon tout en bienveillance, humour et gentillesse pour clôturer cette parenthèse de bonheur. Pour résumer, équipe formidable, cuisiniers incroyables, patron adorable, emplacement idéal et tout ça sous le soleil. Parfois le paradis est là où on ne s'y attend pas, un pause intemporelle où l'on ce laisse bercer.
