Honestly, this Resturant deserves no stars. Service in “Top Rated Restaurant’s” should excel everyone’s expectations. That wasn’t the case for this time. When I called to book, I was told that the table was on the terrace with a view. At arrival we were offered a table in a corner, with a plastic roof, full of sun. The table was not to our expectations, nor any top rated restaurant. The furniture, the setting does not deserve the ratings it receives. so we decided to leave. At our exit their manager was screaming at us, telling us that if we don’t like table there are so many other who are willing to get a table and ordered, repeating twice “don’t ever book at our Resturant again, and never show me your face”. We had lunch at Les Jardins du Léman, besides of the harsh start, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch in a truly cozy atmosphere. It was very hot, so we needed something fresh. We went for the BdB by Billecart-Salmon. Base 2016, this one showed it’s freshness and elegance right from the start. Delicate effervescence, tingling on the palate with smooth velvet ending. It let us no choice to order a second bottle immediately. It also paired so well with food, especially the pata negra and citrus foie gras - a complete harmony between the champagne and the dishes. The end up we went for Caroline Morey an exquisite burgundy, powerful but charming, perfect match with the poulet de...
