L'Etoile — Restaurant in Torcy

One of the worst experience ever. Came last night around 10pm with my wife and my 5 year old daughter. We 've been waiting to be seated for about 7 minutes, even though the manager saw us. After 7 minutes I entered the restaurant and waited to be seated for another 5 minutes holding my daughter in my arms. I must mention that the restaurant only had a few tables ocupied(6 or 7 without me), almost empty I can say, and there were about 7 waiters runnIng around with no target. I've been seated by the manager Jonathan (a name to be remembered), and for about 40 minutes no one came to ask us if we want to order. We've been trying to get their attention multiple times, but each time we've been told that someone will come to us in a minute. A few details that are worthy to be mentioned: the manager (Jonathan) came at the table right next to us, holding a pink marker in his hand and a "post it" piece of paper and took their order writing with the pink marker on the post it their order. When the waiters served the drinks they grabbed the glass with their fingers of the upper part, where you put your mouth to drink (interesting choice regarding the pandemic actual situation). During the wait time ( about 20 minutes after we arrived) a young couple was seated right next to us. The same manager (Jonathan) got to their table to take their order, even though we were waiting for more than 30 minutes, and we were there before that couple. I asked him if I am invisible, because his attitude and he told me that I'm not going to be served because I'm not patient and I put pressure on him, (in the meantime my daughter was already asleep on the couch right next to me). This was my final meeting with this animal, and in the next moment I've sent my wife and little child to the room and went straight to the reception asking for the hotel manager (Magic Circus Hotel at Disneyland Paris). At the reception I met Alex ( hotel manager) that is worth to be mentioned, because his attitude and professionalism we're one of the best I saw ever. In 5 minutes he solved the problem with calm and apologizes, and sent a pizza for my daughter, some dessert and a bottle of cold water. I can't tell you about the food, because I just wasn't patient enough to taste it... I wish you good luck if you want to try this restaurant. In completion of my review, regarding the breakfast I will say that the food is good with enough choices to eat, fruits are always fresh and croissants are fabulous. The breakfast manager, Emerick is very nice and takes care that everything to be in order, to make the refill of the food, to have nice music and he is working along the other waiters all the time. El peor servicio, supera cualquier cosa imaginable. Vamos con niños, llegamos a las 20:30h para poder acabar pronto, pero no sales de aqui antes de las 23:30. Solo pueden servir un turno, porque dejan a cada mesa sin antender durante horas. Luego las mesas vacías quedan sin limpiar y mientras se forma una cola eterna en la entrada. Y encima te dicen que están llenos cuando dentro solo estan atendieneo a 4 mesas a la vez, el resto las tienen esperando eternamente.

La persona en la entrada ha sido la más grosera que hemos visto nunca en un servicio. Nos ha cerrado la puerta en nuestras narices después de hablarnos de forma extremadamente maleducada.

Dos mesas se han ido sin esperar a acabar de comer porque nunca llegaban los platos, y luego ha llegado el camarero y ha dejado la comida allí durante dos horas aun viendo que los clientes ya se habian ido. Les habian dicho previamente que ya llevaban una hora esperando, y que se irian si no les servían ya. Parece que todo les da igual, los camareroainimaginabls estan caminando sin rumbo todo el rato.

A nuestro grupo le sirvieron los postres sin haber servido el segundo plato. Al final dijeron que se se iban sin comer segundos ni postre porque ya era tardisimo y los niños tenian que dormir.

Y aun no se como acabará la noche, porque seguimos esperando el segundo plato... Lo que es seguro es que es una cena llega de sorpresa, un auténtico espectáculo constante de lo...

Restaurant exceptionnel mais service lent Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Magic Circus Hotel et y sommes allés trois fois : deux fois pour le dîner et une fois pour le petit-déjeuner.

Petit-déjeuner : Choix incroyable, il y a de tout, y compris des petits-déjeuners français et américains ! Un vrai 10/10 pour le petit-déjeuner. Tout est parfait. En plus, c'est inclus.

Dîner : Les deux fois, le service était extrêmement (oui, extrêmement) lent. Il n'y avait aucune attente pour être assis, mais… Attendez-vous à attendre une bonne dizaine de minutes avant qu'on vous demande ce que vous voulez boire, et encore dix-quinze minutes avant d'obtenir votre boisson, même s'il s'agit d'une simple bouteille d'eau. J'ai trouvé cela dommage, car il ne faut pas autant de temps pour aller chercher une bouteille dans le réfrigérateur et l'apporter à ses invités assoiffés.

Nourriture : Très savoureuse, joliment servie et globalement délicieuse. Nous avons essayé les deux types de burgers, le croque-monsieur et les pâtes, chaque plat était excellent.

Service client : Malgré la lenteur, tous les interlocuteurs étaient très polis et aimables. J
