Located near the bustling Place de Liberté in Toulon, Chez Le Brasseur is a delightful brewery and restaurant that offers an outstanding experience for both beer aficionados and food lovers alike. Beer Selection: One of the standout features of Chez Le Brasseur is its exceptional range of beers. The brewery crafts a variety of beers, each with its own unique flavor profile, ensuring that there is something for every palate. Whether you prefer a crisp lager, a robust stout, or a refreshing ale, the quality and craftsmanship of their beers are truly top-notch. The care and expertise that go into each brew are evident in every sip. Food Experience: During our visit, we had the pleasure of trying their Fish and Chips, which were simply outstanding. The fish was perfectly cooked, with a crispy batter that complemented the tender and flaky fish inside. The chips were golden and crispy, offering a perfect balance to the dish. It’s clear that the kitchen takes great pride in using fresh ingredients and preparing meals with attention to detail. Service and Atmosphere: The staff at Chez Le Brasseur deserve special mention for their excellent service. They were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about both the menu and the beer selection, enhancing the overall dining experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Situated in the heart of Toulon, the location adds to its charm, providing a vibrant backdrop to a memorable dining experience. In summary, Chez Le Brasseur is a must-visit for anyone in Toulon looking to enjoy excellent beer and delicious food in a welcoming and lively setting. Whether you are a local or a visitor, this place promises a wonderful time that will leave you looking forward to your next visit.

Great food and tasty beer, but the service ruined our experience. Once waiter approached us I asked if he speaks English, he responded swiftly "no" and said "speak french". I think he understood everything we asked about but he was playing, trying to make fool out of us. Later I caught up that he said something about "tourists" to the guests sitting at the next table and laughed with them. After food came they completely forgot about us, we needed to get inside to ask for the bill. Waiters were avoiding us. Such approach to the client is definitely not on the European country level.

Food quality well below the expected according to the decoration when we came in. The place looks very nice and the expectations were very high. We had their own craft beer degustation (4 different ones) Just La Blonde is worthy. The rest taste really like syrup and artificial. The tartar du Beuf was a joke for being in france. Basically minced meat from a burger patty and some dry herbs to mix it together with an egg yolk. Sorry but this is not a tartar. The taste was old as the colour of the minced meat. Price quality is a rippoff. Will not come back again.

I never had to leave any comment but that place is such a joke that i have to.

AVOID AT ALL COST🤮

They sent the 2 starters twice Food is tasteless Management bas no commercial sense. Has no problem charging more than the food you ordered (which tasted just like boiled water) while providing a replacement you did not even want and end up paying more than what you ordered. Management and staff bother arguing with unhappy customers for €4 on a €205 bill.

Not worth your hard earned money for a low quality food, service, management and attitude. If there was less than 1 it will be my choice.

09-03-2025. With regards to your reply. It is no exactly what happened, i suggest you get a closer understanding of what happens in your restaurant and how your waiters handle such problems as your waiter presented the shank as the replacement, i did not even want it (too big) but he said "it's ok we only serves them whole and you can take a doggy bag" so i did not expect being overcharged for something i did not eat and did not want in the fist place. Don't care about €4 it is the whole attitude, wrong arguments and tone around a meal gone wrong due to the absence of taste.

As for the choucroute, why should i have secound serving of a tasteless meal, served in a mussel pan on top of it all? As your waiter said, "they are all the same". As for what the waitress mentioned when we left "most of it was eaten" make sure she looks in the mussel pan and not in the plate before commenting next time.

Really...
