AVOID AT ALL COST🤮
They sent the 2 starters twice Food is tasteless Management bas no commercial sense. Has no problem charging more than the food you ordered (which tasted just like boiled water) while providing a replacement you did not even want and end up paying more than what you ordered. Management and staff bother arguing with unhappy customers for €4 on a €205 bill.
Not worth your hard earned money for a low quality food, service, management and attitude. If there was less than 1 it will be my choice.
09-03-2025. With regards to your reply. It is no exactly what happened, i suggest you get a closer understanding of what happens in your restaurant and how your waiters handle such problems as your waiter presented the shank as the replacement, i did not even want it (too big) but he said "it's ok we only serves them whole and you can take a doggy bag" so i did not expect being overcharged for something i did not eat and did not want in the fist place. Don't care about €4 it is the whole attitude, wrong arguments and tone around a meal gone wrong due to the absence of taste.
As for the choucroute, why should i have secound serving of a tasteless meal, served in a mussel pan on top of it all? As your waiter said, "they are all the same". As for what the waitress mentioned when we left "most of it was eaten" make sure she looks in the mussel pan and not in the plate before commenting next time.

I think he understood everything we asked about but he was playing, trying to make fool out of us. Later I caught up that he said something about "tourists" to the guests sitting at the next table and laughed with them. After food came they completely forgot about us, we needed to get inside to ask for the bill. Waiters were avoiding us. Such approach to the client is definitely not on the European...
