I went there to get tapas and a dessert with my girlfriend, the tapas were honestly good, but the waiters were super rude, I saw one litter on the street, and way too informal (maybe that’s on me, I just like it when people I don’t know don’t act informally). As for the desserts, we asked for them at the end of our meal, and we were forgotten, I had to ask 2 times before we actually got some feedback, and it took them 30 minutes to bring us 1 Chocolate mousse and 1 churros, even though it took them 5 minutes to bring the same desserts to other customers. The churros were way too sugary, and that’s an understatement, I feel like I got diabetes from it, and the mousse was more like an olive oil mousse with a tiny bit of chocolate inside, not the most pleasant thing to eat (don’t ask me why, they put a looot of olive oil on the chocolate mousse). Read moreMy brother and I came to toulouse for a day and this has honestly been our highlight! We could not find a place that would seat us after 10pm and finally came across guapito! Due to not having planned it we weren't expecting much... but after trying the bavette, brochette de magret with ensalada mixta, and a Ajilo de Poulpe we were at a loss of words and as satisfied as one can be. The magret was like nothing we've tried here in france, i strongly recommend, sooo good!!!
it's a young vibe, and within our 60 euro budget (30pp), and the drinks kept us enjoying in the terrace and gorgeous weather for longer! The atmosphere was fun, and the service was attentive, shout out to Tom for making it an extra welcoming experience with his recommendations!...
Read moreFabulous. Took a chance on our first trip to Toulouse. This restaurant looked really authentic and the food offerings were simple and right up our street. My wife has the day's offering which was Orzo and prawns in a delicious sauce, almost risotto like. I had chicken kebabs with pommes allumettes which was exquisite. Churros to share afterwards were freshly made and tasted heavenly. The staff was fabulous, friendly and so busy but still wanting to provide as good a service as you can get. An absolute must go to restaurant and beware they get very busy. Get there french style at 11.55 because at 12 you will get nowhere. Absolutely...
