Hotel is terrible.
Check in. There was only one employee on the reception when I arrived. When I arrived, told him about my reservation and gave him my passport, he began doing something, in a minute he started talking to someone in the phone and kept talking for next 10 minutes completely ignoring me. A line of other visitors formed behind me, and only after that he decided to finally serve me.
Room service. When we checked in to the hotel after a long drive and called the room service and started ordering items from their menu, non of them were available and they recommended us not even to try using their room service, but call a local delivery, without providing any details about it. They were so ashamed of their own service, they they didn’t even try to serve us.
WIFI. There is no opportunity to connect to the internet in the lobby, even though it is claimed that WIFI works on all the floors, in rooms, next to the pool, and obviously in the lobby, but in reality there is a network with a password, which has exact name with the hotel, but staff refuses to give the password and claim that there is only one insecure network available or the guests.
The pool. The first photo when u google this hotel is the nice looking and good size pool. In reality it’s so tiny that it won’t even fit a baby. When we finally tried it, the water temperature was extremely low that it made it impossible to enjoy time around the “pool”.
No washroom on the lobby floor. I don’t think that this is acceptable unless hotel is located in an ancient building where it is technically impossible to have a bathroom on the ground floor, but this isn’t that case. The only available bathroom is located on...
Read moreI can't understand why this hotel gets 4 stars, here is why: rooms are smelly (tried 2 rooms) rooms are ultra noisy and not well insulated (my first room was previously a double room that they closed to make 2 rooms. The door separating the 2 rooms is not insulated and I could here the very calm conversation my neighbors had during my sleep. My second room was on the street side. I could hear the city night life from my bed, was wondering if the window was opened but it wasn't) dangerous toilet layout: the door smash on the bowl. Imagine this happens while you're sitting on it. the breakfast is low standards, fresh fruits were horrible, I've never seen fresh fruits cuts smell so strange before. There seem to be some white powder on it. I suspect some additive to it? I really wonder what that was.
I would not be happy with any of those points, even in a 2 stars hotel (or even in an unrated hotel for that matter).
Positive points: location, friendly staff. But can't make up for the pitfalls.
Simply avoid and find a nice and well located 2 or 3 star hotel, you would be better...
Read moreI had a great time at his hotel, stayed here for 3 days on a business trip. the Hotel is well located just a few minutes walk from the Place de Toulouse and in 5 minutes walk of the metro.
The hotel lobby is lovely and the bar is nice and welcoming, the staff were extremely nice and the breakfast buffet is rich and very good as expected.
I had the fortune of traveling on business, so as all regular rooms were full I got booked in a great room with a separate living room, kitchen and a massive shower. the room was fully equipped with two large TVs (mostly french channels, as always) a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine and other nice stuff (bathrobes and such).
The bed was extremely comfortable but the highlight of it all were the pillows, I can say these were the best pillows I ever had in a hotel. Shower was nice although water pressure isn't really the best (As in all the hotels I were in in Toulouse). I also had a nice view from my window to center Toulouse.
I will definitely go back, had...
