A place with 100% five-star reviews (130/130)? Surely not? So we decided to go and see for ourselves. We can confirm that this place is indeed worthy of a five-star rating: the food was brilliantly cooked and highly enjoyable. If I were in Toulouse again, I would purposely journey out of the town centre to go here again. This is one of those places where the locals go to eat, so keep the group small to maintain the atmosphere.

The chef was accommodating and was able to make a vegetarian plate, even though it wasn't on the menu for Friday.

Enfin un restaurant où le client se régale avec un plat généreux et bien pensant grâce aux produits très frais et de saison! Ça fait du bien car ils sont pas si nombreux à VRAIMENT réunir TOUS les critères importants, sans chichis, et je ne commente pas souvent mais là, bravo au chef! On sent l'amour des bons produits et l'envie de cuisiner, de partager une bonne cuisine, authentique, à la fois traditionnelle et variée, l'inventivité en prime. J'ai adoré la saucisse de Toulouse et sa purée de chou fleur (avec le chorizo grillé!!), mais en jetant un oeil sur la page FB, je prends des idées pour mes autres commandes et j'en salive d'avance!
