The ambience of restaurant was really good with soothing gazals in the background. We ordered a non veg thali and a vegetarian biryani . Both of them were really good. It was better than any other Indian restaurant in toulouse. The waiter was very freindly and really liked this place. 4 star for food and ambience and 1 star less due to lassi and price which was not so good. À première vue, le New Goa est un restaurant simple, assez conventionnel et discret. Et cette première impression n'est pas si éloignée de la réalité que ça. Mais en entrant, on découvre tout d'abord une ambiance chaleureuse, entretenue par un personnel agréable, sympathique et drôle.

Cependant, la surprise ne s'arrête pas là. Ayant pour habitude de toujours manger un plat à base de viande pour les rares fois où je me rend dans un restaurant, j'ai cette fois-ci été tenté par le menu végétarien.

Pour 17,90€, prix assez classique sur Toulouse (les menus "normaux" du restaurant étant bien moins chers), je me retrouve repu, heureux et satisfait. Les cuissons sont parfaites, les sauces très bien adaptées aux plats et pour tous les goûts, et le plat principal offre un grand choix de combinaisons.

Je n'ai pas non plus été déçu par le serveur, très impliqué, qui m'a proposé un dessert frais et léger après avoir remarqué que je me rapprochais des limites offertes par mon estomac.

Je reviendrai un jour pour m'essayer aux viandes et autres plats.
