The food is good but could be better. However, the service is below acceptable level. I guess, the waiters, pardon, the highly qualified and certified staff, are not very happy with their job and make no efforts to provide a decent service just making their hours. Be prepared waiting for 40 minutes to just make an order and get some water on the table. Unless you arrive very early. The food is pretending to be a famous Bouchon Lyonnais, just pretending to. Wanted to check this place out having high rated stars. Note it’s kind of down an alleyway, you can walk right by it. you’ve got a really look for it. But it’s worth a find.

We had the sardines appetizers very delicious came out of a can but it was delicious and with the bread.

Salad was amazing as well. The Fragua was some of the best I have ever, had a little swirl of fig in it.

Then I had the chef special which was a prawns in a cream sauce. I’m telling you I’ve never had prawns like this. the flavors were so rich and powerful.

On a cru à une caméra cachée.... Très déçus du début à la fin. On a même cru que Philippe Etschebest etait caché tellement rien n'allait...

Attention changement de propriétaires et c'est la catastrophe ! Par quoi commencer.... table réservée pour 20h et environ 45 min d'attente arrivés sur place. Le personnel semble débordé et est totalement désorganisé, si encore il n'y avait que cela... La serveuse qui ne connait pas sa carte, peine à rediger notre commande sur son petit papier. Elle nous précipite et l'ambiance du reste de la soirée est donnée. Ensuite en attendant notre repas ( qui en passant, fut servi apres des clients arrivés 30 min après nous...) nous la voyons déchirer le film alimentaire AVEC LES DENTS pour pouvoir recouvrir le reste de fromage qui n'est pas servi a ses clients , le refaçonne avec ses mains (pas lavées entre temps ) les lavages de mains lui ont cruellement manqué aussi tout au long de son service ! (Merci les miroirs de la salle qui permettent de tout voir...)Nous nous sommes sentis volés pour une note salée de 150 euros, cela n'était absolument pas à la hauteur de nos espérances. Je ne retenterai pas l'expérience de mon côté. Il y a certes l'excuse des premiers jours d'ouverture mais l'hygiène est le beaba dans ce domaine là et ce n'est à mon sens pas excusable ! Une formation s'impose !!!!
