One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had made even more frustrating because we were there with our 3-year-old child. We ordered a burger and a plate of carbonara. When the food arrived, they brought out what we assumed was the carbonara, so we didn’t question it right away especially with a small child eager to eat. Our child even tried a bite before we realized something was off. It wasn’t until a second pasta dish was placed in front of us . and still no burger . that we realized the first dish was actually bolognese, not carbonara.

We immediately informed the staff of the mix-up, expecting a simple correction. Instead, the waiter silently took the plate away, and after some time, came back and said because mistake burger was not ordered . ,we asked for the bill, only to find we were being charged for the bolognese we didn’t order or eat (aside from one bite by our child before we noticed the mistake).

We asked to speak to the manager, hoping to resolve the issue, but things only got worse. The manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and treated us with disrespect.

Food and environment was positive experience.

This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially as we were dining with a young child. Avoid this place there are plenty of better restaurants that know how to treat their guests with respect and...

The service is terrible. Despite the large number of waiters, we never waited for anyone to approach us or at least turn their heads. We made our own order, came and asked for the cheque, and the waiters were all stone-faced. As for the food, the burger was of average quality, with a rather overcooked, dry cutlet, but the sauce and bun were tasty, 3 stars out of 5. The Thai rice was good, but the coupatas were disappointing. They were too spicy (on the menu it was written as not spicy) and with some sort of obscure, not very tasty meat. It was also pretty hot and stuffy, but I think that's a common problem with the entire mall. Conclusion - with good service and waiters' work this wouldn't have been a problem, but alas, with such an approach to customers, you can't turn a blind eye to...

I wish I would not come this restaurant, ruined my mood during my travel to Georgia. Ordered Georgian salad and asked if this is the real one with walnut souces, waitress confirmed yes, but they brought general cucumber tomato salad, asked waitress, what is this, she said she doesnt understand what is walnut. Homemade lemonade is just a syrup, khachapuri was not super delicious to pay 25 lari plus tax 18%. Price is also expensive, tax added after the price mentioned as in North America. I paid 61 lari one drink salad and khachapuri. If you ask the waitress beside of who took the order, they dont even answer you. I am extremly frustrated, Avoid!!!! There more cheap and delicious food in the city for this food. At least you will not...
